Among other projects that are being worked on, it is worth mentioning the construction of the new Tizi Ouzou penitentiary center (as winners of a public tender) and the development of the Hydra building complex in the capital, Alger.
The latter will be the new and most modern multifunctional complex in the country with a total of 30,000 m2 dedicated to the commercial, third and residential sector.
